UNITE - MASSES & ACTIVITIES
Sunday Unite is sponsored by Tiffin Catholic Youth Ministry. Our goal is to Unite Catholic youth in our area - from St. Mary parish, St. Joseph parish, St. Pius parish, all surrounding parishes, Calvert Catholic Schools, all area Public Schools, and Heidelberg University & Tiffin University.
Confession
Confession opportunities will be available before each Sunday night mass at St. Mary, in October, November, January, February, and March.
“Individual, integral confession and absolution remain the only ordinary way for the faithful to reconcile themselves with God and the Church." (CCC, Paragraph 1484)
Adoration
Eucharistic Adoration will be available before each Sunday night mass at St. Mary, in October, November, January, February, and March.
“Because Christ himself is present in the sacrament of the altar, he is to be honored with the worship of adoration." (CCC, Paragraph 1418)
Sunday Night Mass
Sunday night mass times will be offered at St. Mary church, on the second Sunday of each month during the 2014/2015 school year. Please see the "Complete Schedule" section of the website for dates and times, as well as Sunday evening mass times at Heidelberg University.
Youth Activities
Sunday Unite Youth Activities will be held on the third Sundays of Sept, Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar.
6:00 pm, Adoration in Church, followed by meeting/activities
in Room 22 of St. Mary School - Concludes at 7:30.
Led by Brian and Samantha Hunt
Open to youth from grades 7 through college age. Groups of students will be separated by age.
Music
We are excited to bring a mix of contemporary and orthodox worship music to the Sunday evening Unite Mass. If you are a young musician and are interested in joinging the youth band, please contact us!
